Elfenston city(country side),
Friday, Morning 6:30 A.M.
Elfina opens the door & headed towards the main gate of house. With a surprise it was 12th consecutive day when she got her favorite yellow roses in a beautiful handmade basket of blue colour at main gate. She looked around, but no one is there as usual.
Smiled for a moment & return back to her room with the basket in her hand. She replace the old flower with new one & went to bath. She was ready for the office. She took few roses with her & leave the house for office around 8:10 A.M. of morning.
Friday, Evening 7:30 A.M.
In the evening, when she return back from office. She took some rest & after that prepared some snack for night. She shifted a chair towards the window, from where she can look on gate. With a magazine in her hand & snacks around the chair, she was prepared for the night.
There was no street light for the region where Elfina lives. It was very dark outside, hard to see anything. But still she was ready with her magazine & snacks. After midnight she fall asleep 3-4 times, but somehow she manage to wake up for whole night staring at gate.
She looked at watch, it was saturday, 4:00 o'clock of morning. Her hope turned into disappointment & the sound of clock start penetrating her heart. She was very tired. At 6 o'clock she went outside & bring the roses with her. After replacing the old flower with new one she went to sleep.
Saturday, Evening 4:00 P.M.
Winds were blowing slowly & Elfina was enjoying her evening in the garden, looking towards nearby forest with a radio in her hand. It was time for love jelly program on radio. She started dreaming for her prince while listening songs. Suddenly a long beep sound came & an announcement made on radio that in the night storm will hit the city. So stay at home & don't go anywhere in the night. After listening the announcement, Elfina feel sad & thought tomorrow she will not receive any yellow roses.
Still in the evening she was ready at window with snacks & magzine in her hand as last night. But today it was heavy rain outside. The time start passing & left tears in Elfina eyes. Suddenly at 3:00 o'clock she find a white car is approaching towards her house. She started looking towards the car with a hope. The car passes from main gate without any halt. She felt disappointed & again looked towards the car. In the dim light of car she find a young person is approaching her house from forest side with a basket in her hand.
It was the first time when she saw him. But she can't dare to go outside in the night to meet him. After that she eagerly waited for the morning to receive flower.
Sunday, night 11:00 P.M.
Elfina left a piece of paper at main gate & went to sleep. In the night when Arsan came to put the flower. He take a look on paper & get a little bit tensed after reading it. He put the basket at main gate & return back with paper.
Next day when Arsan came to put the flower, he found the basket was as it is which he left yesterday. Then he take a paper and wrote a message on it "give me some time at least of 1 month, when spring will come". He put the basket with paper on it.
In the morning when Elfina came at gate & read the paper, she smiled & took the basket.
It was Elfina daily routine that she visit the main gate around 6:30 A.M. & receive the flower. After one week, when Elfina went at main gate to receive flower. she found a small plant nearby basket. It was surprise for her.
With the passage of time the plant start growing & every night Arsan looked towards the plant with a hope. The time keep passing & it is 29th day from the day when Arsan left the paper with message. He looked towards the plant & a little bit disappointed.
Next day(day 30), when he came with basket. He found a rose bud on plant, which made him happy. He left the basket & return back.
Final day(day 31), Arsan came with basket at around 4:30 A.M.. He put the basket at main gate & wait for Elfina. At 6:00 A.M., when Elfina opens the door. the first ray of sun kisses her face. she can't control herself & she was very excited. She eagerly waited for this moment from last 1 month. She headed towards the Arsan. It was first time when she is going to meet Arsan. With each step towards Arsan, she felt nervous regarding what to talk & how to start the talk. But she kept moving & the sun rays follows her step. Finally she was in front of Arsan. Arsan looked in her eyes. She felt shy for a moment & then looked back in the eyes of Arsan. She was mesmerised with his eye. It is the time, when sun rays touches the feet of Arsan. Arsan who was mesmerised by Elfina eyes, suddenly find a fire in her eyes. Elfina who was just about to say something, screamed after seeing fire around Arsan. Before she could understand anything only ashes were left over there. Next morning when she open the door & went to gate. There was no more any yellow roses with basket. But when she turned, she found some yellow roses on plant.
